Bid Manager makes it easy for you to configure and order Eaton products that your customers demand. It gives you control over the organization of your jobs, the presentation of your materials, and the speed of your delivery. In addition, you can create alternate proposals to provide your customers with the most accurate and competitive project information. While online, you can communicate with your local Eaton representative, share job information, and negotiate pricing with the Eaton sales force.
There are two separate ways to access Bid Manager, the classic version and Bid Manager on the Web (BMOTW). BMOTW can be accessed with an internet connection; however it requires specific technical requirements.
Getting Started
To use Bid Manager, a customer must first review and submit the Eaton Electronic Commerce Agreement (ECA) and then obtain a User ID and Password.
To use the classic version of Bid Manager, the software must be installed on your PC. If interested in using BMOTW, please contact your DSS to discuss if this option will work for you.
To access the ECA, request a user ID and/or installation cd, please contact your Distributor Sales Specialist (DSS) or local Eaton salesperson.
