Eaton helps build better, more energy efficient and lean machines faster.
Solutions to address the growing need of machine builders and manufacturers to cut start-up times, reduce energy consumption and increase cost efficiency are in the focus of Eaton Hydraulics’ presence at this year’s Hannover fair.
In hall 21, booth F03, the diversified industrial manufacturer will showcase products around three major topics: Corresponding to this year’s motto "Integrated Industry", Eaton’s Lean Solution integrates electric control and hydraulic power in one single machine architecture. This lean electro-hydraulic solution is unique to the machinery market and helps to reduce commissioning costs and energy while enabling diagnostic and energy management functions.
Visitors will also see Eaton’s machinery health solutions to reduce downtime such as the LifeSense® hose monitoring technology which monitors the health of hydraulic hose assemblies in real time.
Solutions to help customers improve the overall sustainability of the machine will be part of the exhibition, too. A highlight in that respect will be the nickel-free Guardian Seal™ technology for the corrosion protection of metric tube fittings.
In addition, the Hydraulics Group will present its PowerSource™ Web tool, which supports dealers in the search, specification and sales of Eaton hydraulic products.
Eaton’s filtration business will also be presenting newly enhanced safety, maintenance, and operational features on their hydraulic and lubrication filtration products. Visitors to the booth will learn about Eaton’s improved Internormen™ Fluid Purifier System IFPM 32 that combines simple and reliable operation with additional safety and preventive protection for the user during the production process.
