Jessika Fabiano
Jessika is responsible for relationship building at several of Eaton’s target schools. She currently leads recruiting efforts for the Engineering and Technology and Technical Sales Leadership Development Programs. In her role she manages relationship development, organizes the efforts of on-campus recruiting, builds partnerships with key faculty and staff and works to increase Eaton’s brand presence and image. Jessika joined Eaton in 2012 as a Campus Manager in the University Relations Department. Prior to joining Eaton, Jessika worked in various sales and human resource positions at The Sherwin-Williams Company.

Kate Thompson

Kate is responsible for the development of campus initiatives at several of Eaton’s target engineering universities. In her role she manages the relationship development at key universities, organizes the efforts of on-campus recruiting, builds partnerships with key faculty and staff and works to increase Eaton’s presence on campus specifically within the engineering student population. Kate manages the programs for students interested in power system engineering, power system automation, energy solutions, applications for engineers and engineering co-ops. Kate initially joined Eaton as the Direct Hire Analyst and has been working in University Relations since 2010.

Rachel Ligman

Rachel is responsible for the relationship building at Eaton’s information technology, power system engineering, power system automation, and energy solutions universities, to ensure strong talent acquisitions. In her role she manages the relationship development at key universities, organizes the efforts of on-campus recruiting, builds partnerships with key faculty and staff and works to increase Eaton’s presence on campus within the information technology and electrical services and systems student populations. Rachel joined Eaton from the Ohio State University where she managed the Engineering Co-op and Internship Program through which Eaton was a key corporate client.

Allan Outlaw

Allan is responsible for the relationship building and development at Eaton’s key MBA, finance, supply chain management and environmental health and safety (EHS) universities. He manages and organizes the efforts of on-campus recruiting, building partnerships with key faculty and staff and increasing Eaton’s presence on campus within the MBA, finance, supply chain management and EHS student population. Allan joined Eaton in 2006 as a participant in the Global Leadership Development Program and has been working in the University Relations department since June 2010.

David White

David White is  responsible for relationship building at several of Eaton’s target Universities. He currently leads recruiting efforts for the Operations for Engineers Leadership Development and Direct Hire Programs in both the Electrical and Industrial Sectors. He also leads Eaton’s Operations for Engineer internship recruiting efforts for the Early Engineer Summer Program and Eaton Multicultural Sponsorship Programs. In his role he manages relationship development, organizes the efforts of on-campus recruiting and interviewing, builds partnerships with key faculty and staff and works to increase Eaton’s image and brand awareness. David joined the University Relations team in 2012. 

Prior to joining Eaton, David served twenty years with the United States Air Force in various leadership positions within Security Forces and the Recruiting Service. He spent several years recruiting and supervising Health Professional Recruitment throughout the Eastern United States and Europe.
