JobSTART 101

Eaton is a proud supporter of JobSTART 101, a free online course that introduces the professional skills necessary for entry-level employees to succeed in the workplace. The program was developed by executives responsible for recruiting, hiring and training college graduates at member companies of Business Roundtable and the HR Policy Association. The course includes videos and workbooks that cover topics ranging from problem solving to developing a professional persona that will set you up for long-term success. The course is designed to be fast-paced and engaging and can be completed in approximately 90 minutes.
