To be successful in an Eaton Supply Chain role, the following skills or prior experiences may be helpful:
- Successfully negotiated contracts that drive total value
- Operational excellence, Black Belt or other Lean Six Sigma experience
- Professional certifications (e.g. Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), etc.)
- Transportation or distribution management experience
- New product development or program management experience
- Contract management experience
