“Recruiting top talent is a key element for the continued growth and success of Eaton Corporation.  I had the opportunity to attend the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) annual convention this year to recruit for entry level and experienced positions.  I was extremely impressed with the quality and quantity of high potential candidates that the Eaton team was able to identify.  Having the ability to interview candidate’s onsite accelerated the hiring process and the EESS Division was able to quickly hire a few candidates identified at this event.  We will certainly have representation from the Services Division at the annual convention again next year in Pittsburgh.”
