At the experienced talent level, the strategy identified by the Talent Acquisition Center involves establishing the infrastructure for success through ongoing education and communication with key stakeholders throughout the organization. Critical elements of Eaton’s diversity sourcing strategy include employment branding and marketing with target organizations and publications, strategic conference and career fair participation, a holistic approach to online job postings and resume database sourcing and strategic partnerships with key organizations at both the national and local levels.
Eaton’s University Relations organization, focused on talent at the early career level, is committed to attracting and attaining the highest caliber graduates from top universities. University Relations builds relationships with universities that support the Eaton Philosophy and the company’s core values. The strategic partnerships are based on elements such as a diverse student body, high academic achievements, and the development of leadership skills of students. In addition to national diversity conference participation, Eaton also partners with local chapters of diversity student organizations and participates in U.S. regional student conferences.
