  • EHS Handbook - At Eaton it is our goal to provide a secure and safe work environment for all of our employees, contractors, and visitors. This Handbook applies to all third parties performing activities at Eaton locations including suppliers, contingent workers, contractors, vendors, visitors, and all other non-Eaton employees. The Handbook provides a brief summary of the EHS practices required for working for Eaton. Compliance with the requirements of this Handbook and of all legal, site and project-specific requirements is a condition of working for Eaton.  
     
Ethics

  • Supplier Code of Conduct - This Code outlines Eaton’s expectations regarding workplace standards and business practices.  We require our suppliers to adhere to this Code.  Please make your employees aware of our Supplier Code of Conduct. The Supplier Code of Conduct has been translated into multiple languages and may be downloaded from this website to share with your organization as appropriate.

Purchase Order (PO) Terms

  • PO Terms U.S. - These purchase order terms are applicable whenever a U.S. or Canada –based Eaton operation or plant issues a purchase order or contract / agreement to a U.S. or Canada –based supplier.
    • PO Terms - U.S.  FAR/DFARS Clause Flow-Downs for U.S. Government Contracts - If the Eaton order or contract / agreement contains a U.S. Government Prime Contract Number or if any of the items to be supplied under the order are to be used on a U.S. Government contract, the FAR and, if applicable, DFARS clauses listed in Eaton's P.O. Terms U.S.—FAR/DFARS Flow-Downs for U.S. Government Contracts (the "Flow-Downs") are made part of the PO Terms – U.S.
  • PO Terms International - Terms and conditions applicable when: (1) a U.S.-based Eaton operation or plant issues a purchase order to a supplier outside of the U.S. and Canada; or (2) a non-U.S.-based Eaton operation or plant issues a purchase order to a supplier.
  • PO Terms - Services - International - These purchase order terms and conditions will be applicable whenever (1) a U.S.-based Eaton operation or plant issues a purchase order to a service provider outside of the U.S. and Canada; OR (2) a non-U.S. Eaton operation or plant issues a purchase order to a service provider.
  • PO Terms - Goods - China - The following terms and conditions are applicable when a China-based Eaton operation or plant issues a purchase order to a supplier in China.
  • PO Terms - Services - China - The following terms and conditions are applicable when a China-based Eaton operation or plant issues a purchase order to a service provider in China.  
  • PO Terms - Goods - India - The following terms and conditions are applicable when an India-based Eaton operation or plant issues a purchase order to a supplier in India.
