Eaton announces live webcast of fourth quarter 2004 analyst conference call on January 24, 2005



CLEVELAND ... Eaton Corporation (NYSE:ETN) will host a conference call on Monday, January 24, 2005 beginning at 10 a.m. EST. The purpose of the call is to discuss fourth quarter 2004 earnings results with security analysts and institutional investors.
