Eaton to announce first quarter 2006 earnings on April 17; live webcast scheduled for 10 a.m. ET


CLEVELAND ... Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation (NYSE:ETN) will announce first quarter 2006 earnings on Monday, April 17, before the opening of the New York Stock Exchange. The company will host a conference call at 10 a.m. Eastern time that day to discuss first quarter 2006 earnings results with security analysts and institutional investors.
