Eaton recognizes premier suppliers and presents eleven companies with Supplier Excellence Awards

 

CLEVELAND ... Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation honored premier suppliers at its first Supplier Awards Program on March 29 at the downtown Cleveland Marriott. The event recognized 42 of its best suppliers, from which 11 were chosen to receive top honors as the company's Supplier Excellence Award winners.

"Our suppliers have an important role in supporting our businesses, working with our employees and serving our global customer base," said Alexander M. Cutler, Eaton's chairman and chief executive officer. "We greatly appreciate -- and are pleased to recognize -- this group for their impressive contributions to our success."

Richard B. Jacobs, vice president - Supply Chain Management, said, "All 42 winners provided exceptional value to Eaton across a number of dimensions including quality, productivity, innovation and technological advancements."
