Eaton shareholders re-elect three directors

 

 

CLEVELAND ... Shareholders of diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation (NYSE:ETN) today re-elected three directors to new three-year terms at the company's annual meeting.

Re-elected as directors were Michael J. Critelli, chairman and chief executive officer of Pitney Bowes Inc., and a director since 1998; Ernie Green, president and chief executive officer of Ernie Green Industries, Inc., and a director since 1995; and Kiran M. Patel, executive vice president and chief financial officer of Solectron Corporation, and a director since 2003.

Shareholders also approved the 2004 Stock Plan and ratified the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as the independent auditors of Eaton's books and records for 2004.
