CLEVELAND March 24, 2006 - Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation (NYSE: ETN) announced today it has acquired Marina Power and Lighting, a manufacturer of marine duty electrical distribution products. Terms were not disclosed.

Marina Power and Lighting manufactures dockside power pedestals, marine power distribution substations and recreational vehicle (RV) park power outlets. The company is based in Williamsburg, Va., and had 2005 sales of $11 million.
