EATON'S ELECTRICAL BUSINESS MOBILIZES DEDICATED CUSTOMER SUPPORT IN THE WAKE OF HURRICANE KATRINA
PITTSBURGH … Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation today announced that its Electrical Business has mobilized a dedicated team to support regional customers and partners affected by Hurricane Katrina.
The Katrina Response Team located in Eaton's Customer Care Center will offer the highest level of service through a team of individuals physically located together and dedicated to supporting Katrina-related needs. The team consists of the following resources:

As before, Eaton's Support Services and Pricing number is 1-800-356-1243. For Katrina-related needs and emergencies, callers will be prompted to select:
• Option 5 - Directed to designated Katrina Response Team
• Option 9 - After-hour Emergency Support

The Katrina Response Team will be in place as long as needed by Eaton's customers and already has teams on the ground in affected areas.
