Eaton Appoints Bullock Vice President of General Products Division

SOUTHFIELD, MICH … Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation (NYSE:ETN) named Don Bullock as vice president and general manager of the Automotive Group’s General Products Division, beginning June 1.

The General Products Division consists of the Airflex division, which produces a variety of industrial clutches, brakes and assemblies for heavy equipment; and the Golf Grip business unit, the world’s largest manufacturer of golf club grips, including globally recognized brands such as Golf Pride.

“Don will inherit two strong, global businesses that are poised to become even stronger in the years ahead under his leadership,” said Stephen M. Buente, Eaton senior vice president and president of Eaton’s Automotive Group. “Given the presence of both Airflex and Golf Grip in Asia, Don will be able to utilize the knowledge and extensive experience gained during his years in Asia to further grow these businesses.”

Bullock joined Eaton in 1998 and most recently was the regional vice president of Asia/Pacific. Prior to that, he served as vice president of Information Technology and chief information officer, and as director of Finance.

Before joining Eaton, Bullock worked for CSC index, a management consulting firm, and he held management positions with Procter & Gamble, Henkel KgaA and Vulcan Materials Company. Bullock holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Northwestern University in Illinois.

Bullock replaces Stan Mickens, who has been named vice president and general manager of the Electrical Components Division of Eaton’s Electrical Group.
