MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. … Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation announced today it has donated $20,000 to support local community organizations in the greater Pittsburgh area. The grant will be used to sustain various activities and programs benefiting citizens throughout the region.

"This is another chance for us to reach out to the community and help sustain these organizations," said Nick Vincent, human resources manager, Eaton’s Electrical Group. "We strive to build positive partnerships with agencies that provide support to our community’s needs."

Funding recipients include:

• Pittsburgh Cultural Trust - $10,000 will support the work of this organization that owns, manages and operates theatres, galleries and other cultural facilities in the Pittsburgh area.

• Make-A-Wish™ Foundation - $5,000 will be used for underwriting the cost of granting a wish for a child with a life-threatening medical condition.

• Shepherd Wellness Community - $5,000 will aid them in their mission to empower people affected by HIV/Aids to live with dignity in the spirit of wellness.
