Eaton Names Ilene Butensky Director, Office Of The Ombuds
CLEVELAND … Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation recently named Ilene Butensky director, Office of the Ombuds, effective May 1. Butensky will continue to be located in Cleveland and will report to Sue Cook, vice president – Human Resources.
Most recently Eaton's director, Compensation, Butensky also served as director, Benefits, and held a number of staff and human resources generalist positions during her 28 years with the company.
"I am very pleased that Ilene has accepted this critical position in Eaton," said Cook. "Her years of Human Resource generalist and staff experience plus her legal training have prepared her well for this role.”
Butensky holds a bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Albany, a master's degree in labor and industrial relations from the University of Illinois, and a juris doctor degree from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law in Ohio.
