Eaton Names Joe Massey Director, Organization Development For Human Resources
CLEVELAND … Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation recently named Joe Massey director, organization development (OD) for Human Resources, reporting to Sam Dolinsky, vice president, leadership and organization development.
"Joe's knowledge, demonstrated ability in this field and credibility within Eaton's human resources organization, positions him well to play the lead role in orchestrating our OD capability on a global scale," said Dolinsky.
Massey joined Eaton in 1997 as manager, leadership and organization development for corporate human resources before transferring to a division human resources role within the Automotive Group's Engine Air Management Operations in 1999. Before joining Eaton, Massey held leadership roles in human resources, organization development, employee relations and compensation with Reliance Electric, Nestle USA and Picker International.
Massey holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Thiel College in Pennsylvania and a master's in business administration from Bowling Green State University in Ohio.
