New Displacements Available For Eaton Medium-Duty Piston Pumps
EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. … Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation today announced it has expanded two of its variable displacement piston pump series with additional displacements. Now available for the following medium-duty, manual controlled pumps are:
• Series 70160—A new 21,6-cm3/r (1.32-in3/r) pump has been added to the series that also includes 20,3-cm3/r (1.24-in3/r) and 23,6-cm3/r (1.44-in3/r) pumps.
• Series 70360—A new 35,1-cm3/r (2.10-in3/r) pump has been added to the series that also includes 40,6-cm3/r (2.48-in3/r) and 49,2-cm3/r (3.00-in3/r) pumps.
With these product line expansions, series 70160 and series 70360 pumps suit a wider range of flow requirements on construction, forestry, harvester, industrial, paving, and turf care equipment.
Both robust pump models offer a maximum rated speed of 3,600 revolutions per minute (RPM) and maximum pressure capability of 345 Bar (5000 psi). Important Eaton design features include a square input shaft to facilitate linkage retention, tapered trunnion bearings that reduce noise and vibration, and lightweight, compact housings.
Eaton’s series 70160 is equipped with a Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) “A” mounting flange and series 70360 has an SAE “B” mounting flange.
