Eaton Expands Power Quality Offerings With Acquisition Of Pulizzi Engineering

CLEVELAND Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation (NYSE:ETN) announced today it has acquired Pulizzi Engineering, a leading manufacturer of AC power distribution, AC power sequencing, redundant power and remote-reboot power management systems. Terms were not disclosed. Pulizzi Engineering had 2006 sales of $12 million and is located in Santa Ana, California.
