New 6-Spiral Aeroquip Hydraulic Hose From Eaton Is Ideal For Extremely High-Pressure Applications
EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. … Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation today announced it is introducing a new six-spiral Aeroquip® hydraulic hose with a constant working pressure of 420 bar (6,000 psi).
New Aeroquip GH466-32 hose is a reliable solution for extremely high-pressure applications that experience high-pressure spikes. It also offers temperature capability up to +120°C (+250°F).
The hose is designed for mobile and stationary applications, such as excavators, oil exploration equipment, mining equipment and injection molding machines.
Aeroquip GH466-32 hose meets all requirements of EN856/100R15 with Class 0 cool-down leakage in accordance with SAE J1176. In addition, it surpasses requirements of SAE J1405 by withstanding more than 2 million flex impulse cycles.
Aeroquip GH466-32 hose uses Aeroquip Internal Skive Crimp (ISC) fittings, which feature an internal and external skive design that separates the socket into three different zones —dampening, sealing and wire trap. The unique hose and fitting design combination allows for extremely long service life in the most demanding applications.
