Eaton Names Anita Miller Director – Corporate Development
CLEVELAND … Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation today announced that Anita Miller has been named director – corporate development, effective Sept. 1. In this role, she will be responsible for providing strategic and analytical support to corporate and divisional management in the areas of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Miller will report to Dave Barrie, vice president – corporate development.
Miller joined Eaton in 2004 as an associate – development and planning, and was named to her most recent position of manager – development and planning in March 2006. Previously, she worked for Ford Motor Company. Miller holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Ohio and a master’s in business administration from the Ross School of Business at The University of Michigan. She also holds a master's degree in engineering from The University of Michigan.
