LINCOLN, Ill. … Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation announced today it has donated $30,000 to support the Central Illinois Economic Development Corporation (CIEDC). The grant will be used to support the senior nutrition and transportation programs.
“Eaton’s generous donation will help sustain our programs for delivering meals and providing necessary transportation to our seniors," said Angela Stoltzenburg, executive director – CIEDC. “As a result of this important work, the CIEDC provides 10,000 round-trips and 45,000 meals annually.”
CIEDC is a private, non-profit Community Action Agency, serving the low-income, elderly and disabled in Central Illinois. The mission of the CIEDC is to work toward the reduction and eventual elimination of the causes and effects of poverty.
