Eaton Names Judi Pfancuff Director - Global Internal Communications
CLEVELAND … Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation today announced that Judi Pfancuff has been named director - Global Internal Communications, reporting to Don McGrath, vice president - Corporate Communications.
Pfancuff has global responsibility for development and implementation of the company's internal communications strategy enterprise-wide. She is located at Eaton's world headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio.
"Judi plays a key role in ensuring effective, strategic communications with our critical internal audiences," said McGrath. "She and her team are responsible for producing Eaton's global employee magazine, issued in 19 languages to our 79,000 employees; supporting Eaton Business System communications; ensuring the effectiveness of our employee intranet as a communications channel; and a variety of strategic and tactical communications initiatives. She brings to the role broad experience in public relations, marketing communications, advertising and training within a global manufacturing environment."
Having joined Eaton in 2001 as manager - Internal Communications, most recently Pfancuff served as senior manager - Global Internal Communications. Prior to joining Eaton, Pfancuff served as manager of communications at Inland Paperboard and Packaging in Indianapolis, Indiana. Prior to that, she was manager of communications at The Timken Company in Canton, Ohio.
Pfancuff has a master's degree in interpersonal and public communications, and a bachelor's degree in journalism, both from Bowling Green State University in Ohio.
