Eaton Names Liz Huber Counsel – Mergers and Acquisitions

CLEVELAND … Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation today announced that Liz Huber has been named counsel – Mergers and Acquisitions for the Law Department. In this role, Huber is responsible for the legal aspects of Eaton’s acquisition and divestiture activities.

Huber joined Eaton in 2005 and has since been a primary contributor to Eaton's acquisition and divestiture activity. Before joining Eaton, she was an associate at Jones Day in Cleveland, Ohio and served as a law clerk in the United States Court of Appeals in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She started her career as a financial consultant at Peterson Consulting Limited Partnership in Chicago, Ill. Huber holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Ind., and a juris doctorate from The University of Notre Dame in Notre Dame, Ind.
