KALAMAZOO, Mich. … Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation announced today that William Batten, director of government accounts for the company’s Hybrid Power Systems Division will be participating in the Electric Drive Transportation Association (EDTA) Conference and Annual Meeting at the Washington Auto Show in Washington, D.C. January 26-28, 2010. Batten will participate in a panel discussion on Electric Drive Technologies in Medium and Heavy Duty Applications.

“Business leaders attend the annual EDTA conference because they are interested in sustainable mobility, and it’s a privilege to be able to provide insight on how hybrid technology for medium and heavy duty trucks can help companies and the federal government to reduce fuel consumption and emission levels,” Batten said.
