Eaton Names Jack Matejka Senior Vice President – Internal Audit

CLEVELAND ... Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation (NYSE:ETN) today announced that Jack Matejka has been named senior vice president – Internal Audit. Matejka will report administratively to Richard H. Fearon, vice chairman and chief financial and planning officer and functionally to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. He will be located in Cleveland, Ohio.
Matejka joined Eaton in 1989 as manager – IT Audits, after having served in internal audit and IT roles at several other companies. Since 2001, Matejka has led the IT Security and Compliance function.

Matejka holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and management from the University of Dayton in Ohio and a master’s degree in business administration with a focus in accounting from Cleveland State University in Ohio.
