CLEVELAND … Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation today announced Doug Grossman-McKee has been named director – Health and Welfare Plans, reporting to Gordon Harman, vice president – Global Benefits.
“Doug’s experience in workplace health promotion services will be very valuable as we continue to emphasize wellness at Eaton,” said Harman.
Grossman-McKee most recently worked as vice president – Clinic Strategy and Integration at Take Care Health Systems, a national provider of workplace-based healthcare services and a new health and wellness division of Walgreens Company. In addition, he has led the Employee Assistance Program for Progressive Insurance, and is a clinical psychologist. Grossman-McKee holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Brown University in Rhode Island, both a master’s degree and a doctorate in clinical psychology from Case Western University in Ohio, and a master's in business administration from Cleveland State University in Ohio.
