CLEVELAND … Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation announced Suzie Sewalt Bartz has been named director – Compensation, effective January 20, 2010. She will continue to report to Ellen Collier, vice president – Compensation and Benefits, and is located at Eaton’s World Headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio.
"Suzie's diverse compensation experience has been beneficial to Eaton," said Collier. "Her knowledge of the broad spectrum of compensation has enabled her to become a valued and respected resource to our internal business partners."
Bartz joined Eaton in 2006 from Fujitsu Inc., where she served as compensation manager in support of five U.S. subsidiaries. Prior to joining Fujitsu, she worked as compensation manager for ENSCO International and Tenet Heathcare. In addition, she gained additional experience in organizational development at Software Spectrum. Early in her career she worked as a senior consultant with Arthur Andersen LLP. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Texas A&M University and a master's degree in human resource management from the University of Texas at Arlington.
