Eaton’s New Aeroquip Express Store in Van Wert, Ohio Is Regional Source for Aeroquip Performance Products
EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. … Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation recently announced the grand opening of its Aeroquip Express® Hose Center in Van Wert, Ohio, which will serve racing enthusiasts in Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, and Illinois as a regional source for Aeroquip® performance products.
Pro Power Motorsports driver Todd Robertson and his Eaton-sponsored dragster were on hand for the retail store’s ribbon-cutting and grand-opening celebration on May 19 and 20, marking the official opening of Northwest Ohio’s newest, retail source for Eaton’s complete Aeroquip fluid conveyance product line, which also includes hydraulic and industrial hose, fittings, adapters and tubing. More than 1,250 open-house guests had the opportunity to shake hands with Robertson and see how Aeroquip Performance StartLite® hose, fittings, and adapters are plumbed under the hood of the dragster. Robertson’s Eaton Aeroquip Cobalt went on to lay down a 3.96-second pass at the Summit Raceway Door Wars, in Norwalk, Ohio, a series first.
Located at Eaton’s Van Wert manufacturing facility, the Aeroquip Express store stocks the complete Aeroquip line of racing hose, fittings and adapters popular with racing and hot rodders interested in better flow, lightweight and abrasion-resistant engine-plumbing products. The store at 1225 West Main Street is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Phone credit card orders can be placed by calling the store at (419) 232-7777.
“The Aeroquip Express store offers the unique service of building and testing racing hose in the store while customers wait,” said Beth Mooney, marketing manager—Aeroquip Performance Products, Eaton Corporation. “With hundreds of drag, oval, road and dirt tracks within hours of the store in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana, the Van Wert Aeroquip Express offers both a convenient location and customized service.”
