Eaton Supports TreeHouse with $20,000 Donation
EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. … Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation today announced its continuing support of communities in which it does business by making a donation to TreeHouse of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Eaton donated $20,000 from the Eaton Charitable Fund to assist TreeHouse in its work to meet the needs of nearly 1,500 at-risk teens each year in the Twin Cities area.
Ryan Keen, human resources manager for Eaton’s Hydraulics Group, presented the Eaton donation to TreeHouse’s Lisa Stordahl, director of community advancement, during an employee meeting at the Hydraulics Group headquarters in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
“The Eaton Charitable Fund actively supports programs that improve the quality of life in communities in which Eaton operates,” Keen said. “We are grateful for the important role this organization serves in our community and to be able to fund its programs that support teens and human dignity.”
Eaton Eden Prairie employees support TreeHouse through housekeeping and yard cleanup activities.
TreeHouse is a faith-based organization offering hope, guidance and unconditional love to teens dealing with tough issues such as depression/suicidal tendencies, substance abuse, truancy and self-injury. Since its inception in 1984, TreeHouse has grown to seven
