Eaton Supports PROP with $20,000 Donation

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. … Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation today announced it is continuing more than 20 years of support of People Reaching Out to Other People (PROP) with a contribution from the Eaton Charitable Fund.

Eaton donated $20,000 to the nonprofit human services agency to assist in its work to provide food and financial assistance for people in temporary need.

Ryan Keen, human resources manager for Eaton’s Hydraulics Group, presented the donation to Anne Harnack, PROP executive director, during an employee meeting at the Hydraulics Group headquarters in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.

“The Eaton Charitable Fund actively supports programs that improve the quality of life in communities in which Eaton operates,” Keen said. “Providing assistance to our neighboring organization is especially important during these tough economic times when many families are struggling financially. We are grateful for the compassion and practical help that PROP gives to our community and to be able to fund its programs that support human dignity.”

Eaton Eden Prairie employees support PROP through annual food drives and fundraising events.
