Eaton Names Shelley McGrail Director of Talent Management

CLEVELAND … Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation announced that Shelley McGrail has been named director of talent management. In her new role, McGrail will be responsible for leading the development of global strategies and processes for the next generation of performance management. She will lead a cross-functional team, collaborating with business and regional leaders, to create practices that enhance talent management capabilities.

McGrail joined Eaton in 1993 and most recently served as director of organizational effectiveness. Prior to that, she served as the senior manager of organizational development for the Electrical Sector and a variety of leadership roles in business, functional, and site human resources and project management. McGrail holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of North Carolina at Asheville and a master’s degree in human resources from Western Carolina University in North Carolina.
