Key factors in the award of business were the high reliability and durability of Eaton pumps and motors that enable them to withstand high shock load resulting from the rugged terrain found throughout Thailand’s 23 million acres of rice-producing farmland.

Eaton® Series 1 heavy-duty hydrostatic variable pumps and motors work in tandem on the harvesters to drive a dual path system for propulsion and steering functions.  The Eaton products are supplied to Kaset Phattana Group by Thai Agency Engineering Company, Ltd. (Thai-A), Eaton’s premier distributor in Thailand. 

Eaton’s quick response in developing a customized Series 1 motor with a new end cover, incorporating a built-in crossover relief valve, and its delivery lead-time were also instrumental in Kaset Phattana Group’s selection of Eaton products.
