Eaton Names Kelly Jasko Director of Communications, Industrial Sector

CLEVELAND … Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation today announced that Kelly Jasko has been named director of communications for the Industrial Sector.
 
“Kelly’s promotion is a direct result of her leadership and drive for excellence in the communications function across our businesses,” senior vice president of human resources, Kirk Thomsen said.
 
In her new role, Jasko will have responsibility for strategic communications planning, development and implementation of marketing communications programs in support of global internal and external communications within Eaton’s Industrial Sector. She will provide leadership to support brand management, media relations, promotional outreach, executive communications and messaging. Business group marketing communications teams will functionally report to Jasko.
 
In February 2006, Jasko joined Eaton as manager of external communications and was promoted to senior manager of communications for the Industrial Sector in 2010. Prior to Eaton, she worked for the International Paper Company for nearly eight years in a series of progressively responsible communications assignments in corporate and manufacturing operations.
 
Jasko, a native of Canton, Ohio, holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Toledo in Ohio and a master’s degree in communications from Marist College in New York.
