Eaton Appoints Jen Molnar Director, Eaton Business Excellence Assessment Program

CLEVELAND … Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation today announced Jen Molnar has been appointed director, Eaton Business Excellence Assessment (EBEA) Program. In this role, Molnar will be responsible for oversight of the EBEA program assessment criteria, development of the Board of Examiners and administration of the annual assessment model.
Molnar joined Eaton in 2000 and has held a number of human resource management positions with the Hydraulics and the Vehicle Groups. In her most recent role, Molnar was human resources manager for the Aerospace Group’s Fuel Systems Division in Titchfield, England, UK.
Molnar holds a master’s degree in labor relations and human resources and a bachelor’s degree in communication from Michigan State University.
