U.S. Postal Service Recognizes Eaton for Reliable Performance and Commitment to Supplier Diversity

PITTSBURGH … Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton today announced it was selected as a winner in the “Supplier Performance” and “Supplier Diversity” award categories of the 2012 U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Supplier Performance Awards Program. The annual USPS awards program honors companies nominated by postal professionals for superior supply chain performance and the delivery of innovative, sustainable solutions that help reduce costs, enhance performance and maintain high levels of service. Eaton accepted the awards at a recent ceremony held at the USPS headquarters in Washington, D.C.

Eaton received the awards as a result of helping the USPS maintain reliable and efficient power systems at service facilities across the nation, and for providing equal opportunities for diverse business enterprises to compete for Eaton business.
