Eaton Helps Customers Keep Fluids Clean Anytime, Anywhere with New Mobile Filtration Solutions
TINTON FALLS, NJ … Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton saves industrial users money, time, and resources with its new self-contained, portable FloWash™ filtration solutions. These “no tools required” filtration carts clean and revitalize industrial fluids anytime, anywhere in the shop floor helping businesses maintain fluid cleanliness, improve fluid performance, and reduce their amount of waste and disposal costs.
“Many of the costs associated with clean industrial fluids go toward disposal,” said Rick Jacobs, president of Eaton’s filtration division. “As a result, it made sense to develop a mobile, easy-to-use system that could clean coolant, oil, water, and many other industrial fluids for reuse. This recycling of industrial fluids supports sustainable business practices.”
Designed for efficiency, the FloWash Filter Carts are flexible systems that operate in-line or as stand-alone mobile units. The FloWash Industrial Filter Cart is rated 125 psi and 150º F and operates with Eaton’s Model 30R and Model 72 strainers to pre-filter incoming contaminated liquid followed by Eaton’s innovative FLOWLINE ll™ single bag filter housing that accommodates a wide selection of 02 size filter bags. The FloWash Basic Filter Cart is rated 75 PSI and 180º F. Each cart is designed to fit customers’ specific needs.
Available from Eaton’s filtration distribution network, the industrial filter cart is easy-to- use, safe, and convenient. For applications that do not require a pre-filtering strainer, Eaton recommends the cost-effective FloWash basic filter cart in carbon steel.
