Eaton’s Motor Protection Circuit Breakers offer reliable branch circuit and motor protection. Application-specific protection eliminates the need for the motor overload relay found in the traditional three-component starter assembly. Breakers provide complete motor protection when used with a contactor.
- Simplified design eliminates the need for motor overload relay found in the traditional three-component starter assembly, which frees up panel space and reduces heat generation.
- Provides phase loss and phase unbalance protection to prevent severe equipment damage that can occur with a single-phasing condition.
- Thermal memory prevents immediate restart after trip to allow the motor to cool down.
- High load alarm LED status indicator provides early warning of potential trip condition.
