Enclosed Rotary
Eaton’s Enclosed R5 Series Rotary Disconnects provide users with horsepower-rated switches in enclosures for most motor applications. They meet the requirements for a separate disconnect means within sight of all motor loads and are rated for making and breaking loads. Handle mechanism is padlockable in the OFF position (up to 3 padlocks) to meet OSHA lockout requirements. Available in NEMA type 1, 3R/12, 4X stainless-steel and 4X non-metallic enclosures.
- Meets NEC Article 430 requirements for a separate disconnect means within sight of all motor loads.
- A variety of accessories such as switched 4th pole modules, solid neutral modules, auxiliary contact modules, and terminal shrouds are available to meet customer needs and requirements.
