Heavy Duty
Heavy duty safety switches are used in commercial, institutional, and industrial applications where reliable performance and service continuity are critical. Rated 30-1200A with a visible double break rotary blade mechanism. All heavy-duty switches are load-break rated.
Non-Fusible
Eaton’s Heavy Duty Non-fusible Safety Switches provide a means to manually connect or disconnect the load from the source. The heavy duty non-fusible safety switch is available in a variety of enclosures, including NEMA 1, 3R, 12, 4, and 4X.
Fusible
Heavy duty fusible safety switches offer the ability to manually open and close a circuit and provide overcurrent protection through field installed fuses. Fuse pullers are built-in on NEMA 4X and NEMA 12 enclosures through 200 amperes.
EnviroLine, Window, Receptacle and Non-Metallic
Eaton offers a line of safety switches designed for special applications and/or extreme environmental conditions. Choose from stainless steel, window, receptacle and non-metallic safety switches.
316-Grade Stainless Switches
Eaton’s 316-Grade Stainless Steel Switches offer enhanced corrosion resistance over standard 304 grade stainless steel switches. They are used on exposed surfaces and hardware. Ideal for marine environments and water/wastewater applications.
Mill Duty
Mill duty safety switches are offered for the toughest in heavy commercial and industrial applications. They are available in a NEMA 12 enclosure, industrial dust-tight or stainless steel NEMA 4X enclosure. Available from 30A to 600A and as fusible or non-fusible. Suitable for service entrance use.
6-Pole Motor Circuit
Eaton’s 6-pole Motor Circuit is a compact safety switch that’s ideal for use in heavy industry when a disconnecting means is required for two-speed motors that are remote from their motor control devices. It offers an ampere range of 30 to 200, fusible or non-fusible.
