Modbus PONI
The Modbus Product Operated Network Interface (MPONI) card enables Modbus communication capability to various Eaton products. Each MPONI contains two rotary address switches to uniquely identify each device on the network and a baud rate DIP switch. A 5-pin connector is provided for wiring to the RS-485 network. The MPONI is applied where a device network exists connected by a dedicated shielded twisted pair conductor.
