CH Circuit Breakers
Eaton's circuit breakers provide premium protection from wires overheating (i.e., overload) and faulty currents (i.e., short circuits). Type CH 3/4-inch circuit breakers trip to off for ease of operation and fewer call backs. Handles marked with ON-OFF indication and ampere rating of the breaker.
Eaton offers CH 3/4" circuit breakers with a thermal-magnetic trip curve that avoids nuisance tripping on mild overloads while reacting almost instantaneously to severe short-circuit conditions.
Eaton has enhanced its Premium Type CH Residential Circuit Breakers making the best even better. In addition to the industry exclusive “Trip to OFF” and simple 1-Step Reset feature, Eaton has added a trip flag to visibly indicate breaker status.
Arcing faults, a common cause of many home electrical fires, can occur when insulation around cords, wires or cables is damaged or deteriorated. Eaton's arc fault circuit interrupters (AFCI) mitigate high and low current arcing. The CH series is 3/4-inch wide and is available in 1- or 2-pole.
Eaton's CH ground fault current interrupters are 3/4-inch wide and provide superior safety over a standard electrical outlet in areas where shocks are more likely, such as kitchens, bathrooms, and workshops. They immediately break the circuit when electrical current leakage is detected, reducing the risk of shock and electrocution.
