Training and Tools
How to record Eaton training taken outside of Eaton University
Criteria: As a member of Eaton’s OEM Preferred Partner Program, each individual is expected to take at least 8 “credits” of approved training per calendar year. Credits are assigned as follows:
- 1 Credit: Online course, Webinar, Lunch & Learn, Sales Engineer training, etc
- 2 Credits: Any ½ day training course – formal or informal
- 3 Credits: 1+ full day course, local or national
Each individual’s training activities will be recorded by Eaton University (EU) (for courses taken thru EU) plus the following MOEM Training Log for all other training activities.
