Designed for manufacturing flexibility, the Eaton Model 90 Fabricated Simplex Strainer can be manufactured for pipeline sizes from 1˝ to 48˝ in carbon steel or stainless steel. Other materials are available upon request.

Overview

Simplex pipeline strainers remove damage causing particulate matter from the process media, protecting system components such as flow meters, pumps, and spray nozzles. The particulate matter is captured in the strainer basket. The line is then temporarily shut down and the basket removed for cleaning or replacement.

The Model 90 Simplex Strainer is perfect for applications with unique requirements or standard ones where a cast strainer would not fit or be too heavy. If a standard simplex strainer won't work in your application Eaton can help you design a Model 90 Simplex Strainer to your exact specifications....no compromises.
