Carbon Dioxide Injection
Eaton offers the F-Series and AFR Multiplex tubular backwashing filters for CO2 Injection applications. Both filter CO2 injection of produced water before it goes into any disposal well.

Chemical Flooding
We offer the F-Series and AFR Multiplex Tubular pressure filters for chemical flooding applications. They filter chemical flooding of water and alkaline chemicals. The water is filtered before making the caustic water mix and before being injected into the well.
Coker Gas Oil
For coker gas oil processes, we offer the REACTOGARD high temperature refinery filter systems, which regenerate elements automatically. These systems are used in the feedstock filtration process to eliminate contaminants such as metals, sulfur and particulates.
Deionized Water
We offer the F-Series and AFR Multiplex Tubular backwashing pressure filter for the pre-treatment of inlet make-up water for boiler feed and other higher purity water uses. The application is the removal of insoluble particles, oxidized metals--especially iron.

Fixed Bed Reactor
Fixed-bed reactors require catalyst change-out cycles every 12 to 24 months. You can achieve increased run times between filter cleaning cycles by filtering the feedstock with REACTOGARD catalyst bed filter system and ACCUFLUX® elements at low flux rates.
Kerosene
For kerosene processes, we offer the REACTOGARD™ for high-temperature refinery filter systems allowing for automatic element regeneration. This helps protect expensive processing equipment by extending catalyst change-out cycles with less downtime.
Monomer Polymer Production
We offer DCF self-cleaning filters and MCF Magnetically Coupled filter for quench polymer applications. The closed-loop configuration placed prior to in-line strainers is ideal for the removal of rust and scale contaminants. This reduces product rework and scrap, permitting better re-use of expensive quench polymer.

Rich Lean Side Amine
The REACTOGARD as an amine filtration system consists of multiple banks of filter elements running in parallel with each bank handling a portion of the total process flow. When cleaning of the filter element is required, the system continues operation without interruption by momentarily isolating a single filter bank from the flow and sequentially backwashing each element on the bank.
Seawater Injection
Eaton offers the AFR Backwashing Pressure Filter for seawater and offshore oil well applications. These high-efficiency cartridges filter 2-micron polish and finish filtration of seawater injection into seabed wells. The filters are placed after the sand filters, thus catching debris smaller than 5-10 microns and protecting the production zone from plugging.
Steam Injection
Steam injection requires filtration of the Boiler feed water to protect the injection nozzles and the formation. Failure to adequately filter the Boiler Feed water can result in down time from plugged nozzles or loss of the well from formation plugging.
Vacuum Gas Oil
For vacuum gas oil processes, Eaton offers the. REACTOGARD for high-temperature refinery filter systems. This helps protect expensive processing equipment by extending catalyst change out cycles with less downtime. It increases feed rates and product yield, permitting the processing of dirtier feeds and increased conversion levels.
Vacuum Residuum
We offer the REACTOGARD for high-temperature oil filtration systems allowing for automatic element regeneration. These systems are used in the feedstock filtration process to eliminate contaminants such as metals, sulfur and particulates.
Water Injection
We offer the F-Series and AFR-Series backwashing pressure filters for water injection applications. These systems filter water injection filtration media 10 microns or less from various sources, including produced water after Dissolved Air Floatation.
Water Treatment
We offer a wide variety of filters for various Petroleum Applications. The AFR-Series backwashing pressure filter is ideal for water pre-treatment ahead of ion exchange demineralization/RO systems as well as quench waters.
