BECO^® MiniCap™ PR Range

Eaton's BECO MiniCap depth filters have a filter area of 21 cm². With a filtration volume of 1 – 10 liters and suitable for laboratory applications and scale-up trials. Eaton's BECO MiniCap depth filter capsules are available with the BECO PR and PR UltraPure depth filter sheets and used for pharmaceutical and biotechnology applications, or with more open CP2KS types for prefiltration.

BECO MiniCap from the PR UltraPure range
The application of high-purity raw materials such as CELPURE(1) and a special production process ensure minimum content of extractable components (such as aluminum) and minimum endotoxin content (< 0.025 EU/ml). This also results in a 50-percent reduction of the flushing volume to 25 l/m². At the same time, the PR UltraPure series offers approx. 30 % higher throughput compared with conventional depth filter sheets.

BECO MiniCap from the PR range
The PR range was also specially developed for pharmaceutical and biotechnology applications. An innovative production process ensures that the endotoxin content is less than 0.125 EU/ml and offers high endotoxin retention during filtration of different pharmaceutical products.

BECO MiniCap CP2KS
Eaton BECO MiniCap CP2KS depth filter has been optimized for the filtration of strongly colloidal and highly viscous liquids and for liquids containing particles. The high dirt holding capacity enables long service life of the depth filter medium.
