BECO^® MEMBRAN H

BECO MEMBRAN H and MEMBRAN H Mini filter cartridges are made from PTFE material and are used in sterile gas filtration applications. They are mainly used in the beverage and food industry, particularly for the sterilization of fermenter supply air, tank aeration and venting, and for purging of storage tank after steam sterilization.

Advantages

• Long-term steam-resistance at 145 °C.
• Can be sterilized against the filtration direction.
• Validated bacteria retention capacity.
• High throughput through very low inherent membrane resistance.
   

BECO MEMBRAN H filter cartridges are hydrophobic and durable and have a long service life. Under standard conditions, the filter cartridges can be operated for up to one year at a continuous temperature of approximately 80 °C. During the manufacturing process, each filter cartridge is checked for integrity by means of a pressure holding test. Integrity is ensured even after several steaming cycles or continuous steaming over 165 hours.

BECO MEMBRAN H Mini

BECO MEMBRAN H Mini filter cartridges with 0.2 μm hydrophobic membrane are used for sterilizing applications that remove particles and microorganisms  rom gases and solvents. BECO MEMBRAN H Mini filter cartridges are made with PTFE membrane and polypropylene components for broad application compatibility.
