  • EHP500 - Petroleum / Oil Suction & Discharge Hose
    • Easy identification in the toughest environments provided by dual Mylar and embossed laylines , verses competitive single layline alternatives, creating ease of replenishment and traceability

  • EHP519 - PUMA Suction & Discharge Corrugated Hose
    • High aromatic content (50%) and other compound capabilities allow PUMA hose to be utilized as a Biodiesel hose, reducing the requirement to stock two different products
    • Cover meets ARPM (RMA) Class A oil swell requirements (>25%), decreasing service failure in oil exposure applications as compared to a standard rubber cover
    • Corrugated cover reduces coefficient of friction drag, resulting in a hose that is easy to move and handle on the job site. Additionally, a smaller bend radius can be achieved, as much as 33% compared to H0363 equivalent

  • H1193 - ROYALFLEX Petroleum Hose
    • Single Homogenous tube results in Zero (0) failure due to hose layer delamination
    • 2X greater wire turns per inch provides higher resistance to crush and vacuum collapse compared to traditional rubber hose (EHP500), providing a solution for hose collapse and crush exposure applications
    • Can withstand 500 lbs. of direct force and maintain 90% outside diameter (OD) retention
    • 25% better abrasion resistance than standard rubber cover hose product such as EHP500
    • Royalflex hose can be produced in length greater than 1000 ft. This can reduce the coupling requirement by as much as 80%, reducing requirement of labor to install and less cost for additional couplings on each assembly, and provides fewer leak paths as compared to typical 100 ft. rubber Oil and Petroleum hose

  • EHP503 - CORRUGATED TANK TRUCK Hose
    • Easy identification in the toughest environments provided by dual Mylar and embossed laylines , verses competitive single layline alternatives, creating ease of replenishment and traceability
    • Ease of use and handling: Corrugated cover reduces coefficient of friction drag, resulting in a hose that is easy to move and handle on the job site. Additionally, a smaller bend radius can be achieved, as much as 29% compared to EHP500 equivalent

  • EHP522 – High Pressure Petroleum Suction & Discharge Hose
