Medium Pressure Xcel Motor - Geroler Motor Ideal for medium-duty applications, Eaton Xcel Series geroler motors feature a 3-zone architecture, unlike the 2 zones found in competitive motors. With 3-zone motors, there's no need for extra horsepower that raises operating temperature and wastes energy. The Xcel motor's design dampens pressure spikes in both directions – even without a case drain hose – helping to extend shaft seal life and enhance overall reliability. Plus, Eaton's Xcel motors use a "same speed" disc valve that rotates with the output shaft, improving mechanical and volumetric efficiency.

 

Common applications include salt and sand spinners, street cleaner brushes, car washes, combine reel drives, feed-grinding augers, auger swing drives, stake-down motors and post-hole drives.
